These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all prize draws, giveaways, instant wins and prize-based activities promoted by Yonda on the Website or through any associated platforms. By entering or participating, you agree to these T&Cs in full.

Media Borne Ltd is the data controller for all personal information collected in relation to our prize draws.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
2.1 These T&Cs apply to all Yonda prize draws unless otherwise stated.
2.2 By entering, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these T&Cs.
2.3 The version active at the time of entry applies.
2.4 We may amend these T&Cs at any time. Updated terms apply to future entries only.
2.5 Entrants are responsible for reviewing these Terms prior to entering each prize draw.
3. Eligibility & Verification
3.1 Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over, with a valid UK residential address and UK bank account.
3.2 Prize draws are not open to:
a) employees, directors or contractors of Yonda or Media Borne Ltd
b) persons professionally connected with prize fulfilment
c) immediate household members of the above
3.3 We may request proof of age, identity and address before awarding any prize.
3.4 Inaccurate or false information may result in disqualification.
3.5 No refunds are provided for invalid, void or ineligible entries.
3.6 Entries made using VPNs, proxy servers or automated systems to conceal geographic location or create multiple identities may be disqualified.
4. Entry Methods
Each prize draw provides two equal entry routes with identical chances of winning.
4.1 Paid Online Entry
Entrants must:
• Visit the Prize Draw Page
• Select the number of entries
• Provide any required information
• Complete checkout
• Hold a Website account
You will receive unique entry numbers once confirmed.
Paid entries are non-refundable unless the prize draw is cancelled.
4.2 Free Postal Entry
Before entering by post, entrants must create a free online account (no purchase required).
On a single postcard (105×148mm to 120×170mm), clearly handwrite:
• Prize draw name
• Full name
• Date of birth (18+)
• Full UK residential address
• Email (matching account)
• Phone number
• Prize draw answer, if required

Postal Rules:
• One entry per postcard
• No envelopes / no bulk entries
• Must be received before the Closing Date
• Proof of posting ≠ proof of receipt
• Late, illegible or mismatched entries are void
• If the draw sells out before receipt, the entry is excluded
Postal entries are treated identically to paid entries and have an equal chance of winning.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
5. Prize Draw Information
Each Prize Draw Page will display:
• Prize details
• Entry price
• Entry cap & personal entry limits
• Opening & closing dates
• Whether a cash alternative is offered
• Whether a skill question applies
• Long-stop extension date
All times are UK (GMT/BST).
The Prize Draw Page will also state whether the draw is random or skill-based.
5.1 Definitions
Where a prize refers to a “family”, “family ticket”, “family trip”, “family holiday” or similar, this is defined as:
a family of four, consisting of two adults and two children, unless otherwise stated on the Prize Draw Page.
6. Draw & Winner Selection
6.1 Prize draws are either:
a) skill-based – only correct answers qualify, or
b) random draws – all valid entries included
6.2 A certified random number generator or equivalent fair-draw method will be used.
6.3 Draws may be broadcast live or recorded and published within seven (7) days.
6.4 All outcomes are final and cannot be appealed.
6.5 Draws may be independently verified or witnessed by an external adjudicator.
7. Prizes & Cash Alternatives
7.1 Prizes are as stated on the Prize Draw Page.
7.2 Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold.
7.3 If a cash alternative is offered, the winner must choose within five (5) working days.
7.4 If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.
7.5 For vehicle prizes, winners are responsible for insurance, tax, registration and all related costs.
7.6 Winners must ensure they can legally own and operate the prize (e.g. valid driving licence).
7.7 Cash prizes are paid in GBP only. No cryptocurrency or foreign currency is provided.
8. Ticket Shortfall, Extensions & 70% Payout Rule
If fewer than 100% of entries are sold by the Closing Date, we may:
a) pay a cash amount equal to 70% of net entry revenue (after transaction/processing fees), or
b) extend the prize draw up to four (4) times, not exceeding the long-stop date.
If still unsold after the final extension, the 70% payout applies.
Refunds are not available where a 70% payout is issued.
9. Winner Notification & Re-Draws
9.1 Winners will be contacted within seven (7) days.
9.2 If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within twenty-one (21) days, or fails verification, a re-draw may occur.
9.3 For transparency, we may publish:
• First name
• Surname initial
• County or town
Entrants may opt out of publication before the Closing Date in line with CAP Code Rule 8.28.5.
10. Prize Delivery & Payment
10.1 Physical prizes include free mainland UK delivery unless stated otherwise.
10.2 Delivery or collection occurs within fourteen (14) days, subject to supplier delays.
10.3 Cash prizes are paid via UK bank transfer to the verified winner.
10.4 Documentation may be required before prize release.
10.5 Failure to provide details within thirty (30) days may result in forfeiture.
10.6 We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third parties.
11. Cancellation & Force Majeure
If a prize draw cannot continue due to events outside our control, we may suspend, amend or cancel it.
If cancelled before a winner is named, paid entries will be refunded within 14 days.

12. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention
Entries may be disqualified for:
• False or misleading information
• Multiple or fake accounts
• Automated/robotic entry systems
• Attempts to manipulate outcomes
• Abusive or harmful behaviour
• Breaches of these T&Cs
We may suspend accounts pending investigation.
We may reclaim prizes obtained through fraudulent means.
13. Data Protection & Marketing Consent
13.1 Personal data is processed in line with UK GDPR, DPA 2018 and PECR.
13.2 Lawful bases include:
• Legitimate interest (administering draws)
• Consent (marketing communications)
13.3 We may use data for:
• Administering the prize draw
• Verifying eligibility
• Contacting winners
• Fraud prevention
• Legal/regulatory purposes
13.4 Marketing messages are sent only with explicit opt-in consent.
13.5 Consent may be withdrawn at any time via:
• Unsubscribe link
• Replying STOP to SMS
• Account preferences
• Emailing hello@yonda.co
13.6 Withdrawal does not affect draw participation.

14. SMS & Digital Messaging
14.1 Message frequency varies.
14.2 Standard network charges may apply.
14.3 Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
15. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
Otherwise, we are not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Missed opportunities to enter
• Technical problems
• Personal costs associated with participation
Our total liability to any entrant shall not exceed the total entry fees paid by that entrant.
16. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
17. Platform, Streaming & Publishing Disclaimer
17.1 Yonda content may appear on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and other platforms.
17.2 These platforms do not sponsor or endorse Yonda prize draws.
17.3 Participants release all platforms from liability.
17.4 We may edit, repurpose, caption, archive or monetise content featuring participants.
18. Public Filming, Street Content & Media Consent
18.1 Yonda may film in public environments.
18.2 Voluntary engagement constitutes consent to be filmed.
18.3 Additional consent may be requested for identifiable participation.
18.4 Background appearances in public places do not normally require consent.
18.5 By participating, you grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence for your image, voice and likeness.
18.6 Consent withdrawal may only apply before publication.
18.7 For minors visible incidentally in public, we take reasonable steps to obscure identities unless guardian consent is provided.
19. Community Behaviour
Participants must not engage in:
• Harassment or abusive behaviour
• Discriminatory or harmful conduct
• Illegal activity
• Disruption of filming or operations
We may block or ban individuals who breach these rules.
20. Intellectual Property
All Yonda names, branding, imagery and content are the property of Media Borne Ltd.
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
21. Complaints & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Complaints may be submitted to hello@yonda.co.
We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
Unresolved matters may be referred to an ADR provider such as CEDR.
22. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Schedule 1 – Postal Entry Summary
• Account required beforehand (free)
• One entry per postcard
• No envelopes or bulk entries
• Must arrive before the Closing Date
• Must match account details
• Proof of posting ≠ proof of receipt
• Illegible/late entries void
• Excluded if draw sells out before receipt
Schedule 2 – Force Majeure
Force majeure includes:
• Extreme weather
• Fire, flood or explosion
• Pandemics
• War, terrorism or civil disorder
• Legal or government restrictions
• Cyber attacks
• Power or utility outages
• Industrial action
• Theft or unavoidable loss of a prize
If affected, prize draws may be suspended or cancelled.
Refunds apply only where no winner has been drawn.
